Booking terms and conditions
Room bookings can be made:
- via email:: rezervace@cityhotelbrno.cz
- by completing an online form on selected web portals
Your reservation will be confirmed by one of our receptionists on the same day.Cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before the arrival. In case of later cancellation or non arrival, you will be charged the equivalent of one night stay.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy:
We cannot refund any cancellations during the following dates: 1.8.-6.8. 2018 a 1.10.-5.10.2018, unless agreed in writing by both sides. Credit card details must be provided at the time of booking and the booking must be paid in full prior to the arrival. All the reservations are non-refundable.
We accept cash and credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, American Express) payments in CZK and EUR.
